Troubleshooting your app

First, try closing and reopening the app.
If that does not fix the issue…
Update the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play storeto make sure you’re running the latest version.
If that does not fix the issue…
Try restarting your device.
If that does not fix the issue…
Delete the app’s cache (in your phone settings) and redownload.
If the problem persists, contact support.

You can also reset your password inside the app on your “Profile” page. If you forget your password, you can reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password” on the login screen and following the instructions sent to your email.

You can contact Tom directly – If it is regarding a technical issue, please include the make and model of your device, and screenshots of the issue where possible.

Put your phone into “Airplane” mode. Your phone is trying to access the tracks online, your phone may need to be in offline mode to access the downloaded tracks. This is the same as other player apps such as YouTube and Spotify.

The tracks don’t download as MP3s, they are downloaded into, and available via, your app.

You must press the pink Complete button (at the bottom of all track pages) after listening to record your progress. If you are pressing Complete and your progress is still not being recorded please ensure your app version is up to date.

By tapping the Star icon on track pages you can add tracks to your Favourites list. This list is accessible on your Profile page. It’s a good idea to “Favourite” the tracks that you download too for easy access.

Once you hit Complete, it is not currently possible to un-complete the track (we are aware this is frustrating!)

You can use the search bar at the top of the Listen tab to search for specific instruments or sounds that you like. If the instruments or genre appear in the track description, they will show up in your search results.

If you tap the Link icon, it copies the page link to your clipboard – this allows you to share sections of the app with other members so that you can recommend tracks to your friends.

If you are a Launch or Pre-launch member, you have a lifetime subscription. This notification refers to monthly subscriptions.

Breathe in as the ball rises and gets bigger, breathe out as the ball falls and gets smaller. These animations last only 3 minutes to keep track pages small and easily downloadable. They are intended to help you learn to follow the music on its own.

We are always working in the background on new music to include and increase your options even further. This app currently focuses on slow Harmonic Breathwork™. However, the Aria Breath brand may grow to encompass alternative breathing styles in the future.
