Aria Breath is an educational project – Member’s are also invited to member’s-only, online breathwork events and courses – the app is there to support your daily practice!

Yes, you can download the app directly to your iPad or tablet via the Apple App Store or Google Play store on your device.

Yes, you can access all the materials inside your app via your preferred internet browser members are sent a dedicated link – This is particularly useful if you wish to watch the long form course videos on a large screen.

Yes. By tapping the Cloud icon on any track you can save it for offline listening. Please give it a few seconds to download. The cloud icon will change colour to indicate that it is now available offline. Animations and course videos are large files and so cannot be downloaded for offline use as it would take up too much space on your device.

Yes, you can tap a button when you finish each practice and create a daily streak to stay motivated.

Yes, you can create a favourites playlist by sampling tapping a button on the tracks you like.

As per the Terms and Conditions, Aria Breath membership is for personal use only. Music can only be used in professional settings by trained Aria Breath teachers. To comply with the Aria Breath standards (which are very different from other schools teaching slow breathing) you must complete the Aria Breath Essentials Training This is how teachers obtain the music license. Training comes with many additional benefits and the cost of your membership is discounted from the cost of your training.

I’m afraid you do, our safety recommendations and compliance are vastly different from most other schools and are grounded in science and extensive experience of sharing this technique using music. The good news is, the Essentials Training is designed to be accessible and affordable.

We are always working in the background on new music to include and increase your options even further. This app currently focuses on slow Harmonic Breathwork™. However, the Aria Breath brand may grow to encompass alternative breathing styles in the future.
