The course involves six, in-depth but easy-to-follow workshops, each broken down into a learning section and a practice section (where we put the learning into action with guided embodiment practices!)
In the learning sections, we explore our shared physiology and what it means to have, and be, a body – Learning is made easy and engaging with the help of storytelling, original visuals, and enlightening research, but ultimately, you will be invited to focus on and trust your own experience as you approach it in different ways.
The Embrace Embodiment course is designed to go beyond simple breathwork and uncover deeper ways of accessing our embodied intuition and insight.
The course is carefully designed so that each section builds on the last and your knowledge gradually improves.
Each session explores a different area of how we may be unintentionally cutting ourselves off from sensing our bodies and practical tools for how we can step out of our own way and unleash our full potential.
