Learning what triggers our body to respond to danger… can teach us a surprising amount about how best to relax. In this session we explore how your body evolved to respond to threat to the nervous system; in doing so we learn how the breath can send safety signals from the inside.

(Don’t be put off by the length of today’s session – its the usual one hour workshop and one hour guided session – but we had fun in the Q&A and let it go on for a full hour too!)
