I have included written instructions below, however, I strongly recommend that you watch the full video to get the most out of your app experience and wider member benefits.

How to access your app:

1. On your phone, open the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android)

2. Search for and download the “Passion.io” app

Note: we need the Passion.io app, NOT “Passion Fighters” (they look similar).

3. Open the Passion.io app once it has downloaded

4. Inside the Passion.io app, tap the big button that says “Search for a Passion App”

5. Type “Aria Breath” into the search bar appears at the top of the page.

6. Tap on the Aria Breath app icon that pops up.

(If it does not show up, press the cross and try again)

7. When Aria Breath opens, tap log in (do not press your create account – your account has already been set up.

Enter your log in details:

Username: [Your email]

Password: BreatheInHarmony

(All one word, the first letter of each word is capitalised)

*In very rare cases the provided password will not work, (this is a glitch that happens for some users if they are using another app built on the same platform as Aria Breath). If this happens for you, please simply click “forgot password” and follow the instructions to set your own unique password.

7. That’s it…

You now have access!

Explore and breathe to your heart’s content…

Just click the “Listen” tab and find your preferred breathing speed!

(It is recommended that you change your password on to something unique. This can be done on the Profile page).

Mastery Course

Don’t forget to explore the 6-part, mastery course that was included in your Membership Special Offer and can be found inside your app.

Available in the “Listen” menu (towards the bottom)

“Binge” the course, or take your time and watch it over six weeks – according to the scientists I have spoken to, that’s the ideal time to start noticing real changes to the nervous system!
